As a Product Manager, Procurement Digital Transformation at Micron Technology, your role is crucial in leading the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions, with a primary focus on Autonomous Sourcing to drive the Procurement AI journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, such as autonomous sourcing and sourcing optimization. - Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and POCs. - Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation in procurement. - Oversee the development and deployment of AI-enabled tools to enhance procurement efficiency. - Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing procurement systems and enterprise architecture. - Translate business requirements into scalable product features and user experiences. - Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for successful delivery. - Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to drive enhancements and resolve issues. - Provide training and change management support for smooth rollout and user engagement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement digitalization to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role: Education: - Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: - 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles. - Proven track record of delivering AI-driven or digital solutions in a procurement or enterprise environment. - Hands-on experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools. - Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and working with IT and external vendors. Technical Skills: - Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in procurement. - Familiarity with GenAI tools, data analytics, and performance monitoring frameworks. - Experience integrating third-party solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba). Leadership & Communication: - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence across functions and levels. - Ability to lead change, drive adoption, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
