Senior Product Manager - Cardio Diabetic- Pharma

Key Responsibilities

• Handle marketing and PMT functions for Cardio products
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands
• Develop and implement creative promotional strategies and campaigns
• Design promotional and communication strategies for various brands
• Plan and execute customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for priority products
• Organize campaigns and special activities targeting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Conduct monthly and quarterly brand reviews and monitor brand performance
• Coordinate with all support functions to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing
• 810 years of experience in Pharma Marketing, with 23 years as Product Manager handling Cardio segment
• Strong knowledge of the Cardio segment and product portfolio
• Experience in launching new products and strengthening existing brands
• Exceptionally well organized with self-motivation, creativity, and initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
