Senior Product Manager
Were seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive New Relics Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) strategy, owning our Synthetics and Browser monitoring portfolio. Youll be responsible for transforming our technical observability tools into a unified platform that connects user experience directly to business outcomes. This role requires someone who can think strategically about market positioning while executing tactically on high-impact product initiatives. What Youll Own
- Youll own a comprehensive digital experience monitoring portfolio that spans proactive synthetics monitoring and real user monitoring capabilities. This includes driving the strategic evolution of these technical monitoring tools into a unified platform that connects user experience data with business outcomes, enabling both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and optimize digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define product vision bridging technical observability and business intelligence markets
- Drive competitive positioning against established monitoring and analytics solutions
- Partner with Sales/Marketing on customer acquisition targeting non-engineering personas
Execution Excellence
- Manage complex roadmaps balancing multiple concurrent initiatives across monitoring capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM) on critical product launches
- Drive customer-centric decisions through direct engagement with enterprise accounts
- Own feature adoption, usage metrics, and monetization strategy for new capabilities
Customer & Market Focus
- Conduct regular discovery with technical and business stakeholders across customer organizations
- Translate customer problems into product requirements across the technical stack
- Build relationships with key enterprise accounts to validate product direction
- Represent company at industry events and analyst briefings
Technical Foundation

5+ years
product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms at scale -
Deep understanding
of web technologies, performance optimization, and user analytics -
Hands-on experience
with observability tools (APM, RUM, Synthetics) in production environments or ITSM, ITOPS, Security, Analytics tools -
Data fluency
: Comfortable with analytics platforms and statistical analysis for product decisions
