Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final implementation. Translate complex problems into simple, elegant, and user-centric design solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure designs meet user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve the product. Advocate for design best practices and maintain a high-quality design standard across the product. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
