Apply strategic thinking to design innovative user experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
Drive the design process from concept to launch, delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions across various levels of fidelity.
Translate complex domains like project management and operations into intuitive, scalable design systems that work across industries.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver customer-driven solutions.
Incorporate AI-native design thinking to automate and streamline workflows using Intuit's data and generative AI capabilities.
Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover industry-specific insights and validate design decisions.
Balance platform scalability with vertical differentiation, ensuring solutions are both extensible and industry-specific.
Champion craft and quality, maintaining a high bar for visual polish, interaction excellence, and design consistency.
Advocate for customers throughout the design process from discovery to experimentation and delivery.
Partner closely with engineering to ensure design intent and usability are preserved through implementation.
Mentor and collaborate with peers to advance Intuits design systems, standards, and methods.
Produce clear deliverables user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
