Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing original tile, Jali, and GRC designs that meet project requirements and client specifications. This will involve creating visual concepts, sketches, renderings, and prototypes. Additionally, you will stay updated on design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques relevant to tiles, Jali, and GRC. Key Responsibilities: - Develop original tile, Jali, and GRC designs aligned with project requirements and client specifications - Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques - Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, marketing) and external partners (clients, suppliers) to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency - Participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs based on input - Maintain organized documentation of design processes, materials, and project timelines Qualification Required: - Expertise in relevant design software (e.g. Llike-3DMAX, CAD, 3D modeling software) - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design challenges - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams - In-depth knowledge of different tile, Jali, and GRC materials and their properties - Understanding of product design principles and user-centered design - Awareness of current design trends and market demands Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.
