Product Design is a fast-growing team at Headout of creative, collaborative, strategic people who care deeply about defining new paradigms for our products. Youll get to work with a cross-functional team ex: designer, researcher, and writers working together to build a global travel platform for the users to rely on Headout to create their memorable moments via experiences.

Were looking for a Product Designer who has the curiosity to get to know our users and the creativity to design world-class user experiences. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team whose shared mission is to make data analytics highly usable and easily accessible to non-technical users.

• A Leader and Influen

  cer: You have demonstrable experience managing and mentoring analysts, coupled with a proven ability to partner with and influence senior business stakeholders (Director, VP level)

• Strong Commercial Acu

  men: You think like a business owner. You instinctively connect data points to financial outcomes ($) and can articulate the "so what" behind every analysis.

• Deep Domain Expert

  ise: You have hands-on experience untangling the complexities of digital marketing and business analytics. You&aposre comfortable dissecting performance marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, CRM) and modeling business drivers like LTV and CAC.

• Technical Proficie

  ncy: Your technical toolkit is sharp. You possess advanced proficiency in SQL for complex analysis and are comfortable with a scripting language like Python or R for statistical modeling. Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and data warehousing concepts is essential.

• A Pragmatic and Strategic Minds

  et: You are an analytical, creative thinker who can navigate ambiguity. You have a bias for action and know how to make the right trade-offs between speed, depth, and accuracy to deliver maximum impact.
