Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute product and delivery strategy aligned with the organizations digital roadmap.
  
• Participate in organizational strategy formulation and contribute to achieving strategic business goals.
  
• Manage budgets, delivery governance, and business continuity planning for all responsible portfolios.
  

Delivery Management

• Ensure successful delivery of IT products, platforms, and services across business domains including Marketing, Sales, After Sales, R&D, Production, Logistics, and Quality.
  
• Build and manage a high-performing delivery organization capable of handling complex, multi-brand technology programs.
  
• Establish and maintain robust delivery processes in line with Agile, DevOps, and organizational IT standards.
  
• Drive innovation, automation, and process optimization across delivery streams.
  

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business and IT leadership (CIOs, functional heads) to ensure alignment on strategy, scope, and execution.
  
• Manage customer relationships, project contracts, escalations, and change management processes.
  
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement to deliver added value for business stakeholders.
  

People & Financial Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, Service Managers, and Technology Leads.
  
• Ensure optimal resource utilization, succession planning, and low attrition levels.
  
• Oversee financials, budgeting, and invoicing for all product portfolios.
  

Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of IT landscapes within manufacturing and automotive or related industries.
  
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce (CRM), DMS, MES, PLM, and analytics platforms.
  
• Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML, IoT, RPA, Industry 4.0, and emerging digital technologies.
  
• Strong grasp of system architecture, APIs, SDKs, interfaces, upgrades, and migration projects.
