As a Senior Product Associate within the Data Platforms - Product Success team, you will join a dynamic and collaborative team where your expertise in project tracking, management reporting, and program management will make a real impact. In this role, you ll take ownership of key initiatives, work independently, and help shape communications and process improvements across the organization. Job responsibilities

Prepare and deliver management status reports and project updates
Maintain Jira hygiene and track project milestones and deliverables
Support internal communications and create engaging presentations
Build and update Confluence pages to document processes and resources
Monitor support tickets and assist with process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or a relevant domain area
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Master s degree in business, technology, or related field
Experience in data analytics and business requirements/user story writing
Graphic design or visual communications skills
Familiarity with budgeting, chargebacks, and internal communications
