Senior Product Associate - Home Lending

As a Senior Product Associate in the Home Lending product team at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, you will have the opportunity to unleash your expertise in product development and optimization. By leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and contributing to their ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market insights. You will need to consider the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience. Additionally, you will support the collection of user research, journey maps, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify potential features that bring value to customers. Tracking and evaluating product metrics throughout the development lifecycle will also be a key part of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have at least 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role using Agile methodology. You must have experience in developing business requirements, writing stories, creating testing conditions, and defining validation criteria. Being able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple business and technology partners is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint, is required. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of US Mortgage drivers and broader business context, excellent communication skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in product management focused on technology products.
