Senior Product Analyst

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of HRMS products and be capable of working independently. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS products, the applicant should also have knowledge of Functional Specification and Basic SQL. Demonstrating proactiveness, initiative, and personal accountability are key attributes required to meet the demands of the job. In a fast-paced and high-demand environment, the candidate should be able to work autonomously. Duties and responsibilities include conducting Business Process Analysis, providing system solutions, handling change requests, and addressing enhancement/customization/new functionality requests. The candidate will collaborate with the Research and Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for guiding and coaching junior team members, meeting deadlines, achieving key performance indicators, and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. The ability to adapt to changing work requirements and offer support where necessary is essential for success in this role.,
