Senior - Procurement & Supply Chain

Role Overview: As an Sr. Analyst / Sr. Buyer at KPMG in India, your primary responsibility will be to handle the end-to-end sourcing operations for the defined category/categories or country/countries. You will play a crucial role in appraising and improving the company's sourcing activities by analyzing spending, supply partnerships, and exploring new possibilities. Your role will involve building effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies, and colleagues to drive results and lead change. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating sourcing options, managing competitive RFXs, negotiation strategies, supplier performance reviews, and continuous improvement programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze spending and supply partnerships to identify new sourcing opportunities - Partner with leaders to implement sourcing options based on analysis conducted - Contribute to achieving defined performance targets and drive supplier performance - Manage competitive RFXs and negotiation strategy development - Plan, issue, and expedite Purchase Orders, conduct Supplier performance reviews - Prioritize new sourcing opportunities and support continuous improvement programs - Develop business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and communication with stakeholders - Understand market conditions, negotiation strategy development, and implementation plans - Conduct cost analysis, scenario analysis, and benchmarking for deep category knowledge - Optimize sourcing procedures for maximum efficiency and risk minimization - Identify and partner with trustworthy Suppliers and manage supplier contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Knowledge of supplier contracts and contract management activities - Ability to optimize sourcing procedures and minimize risks - Familiarity with market conditions and scenario analysis (Note: Equal employment opportunity information is available at KPMG in India),
