Senior Procurement Specialist

As a Senior Procurement Specialist at Hitachi Digital, you will be a crucial part of the Global Procurement team based out of India, reporting to the Category Leader. Your role will involve strategic sourcing across different categories, with a focus on hands-on experience in a Global Procurement environment. We are looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, strong negotiation skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and good business acumen. Your understanding of local and global tax scenarios and compliances, as well as experience in handling RFPs and Reverse Auctions, will be valuable assets to the team. Additionally, familiarity with ERPs like Oracle is an advantage. Being a team player in a dynamic environment, having good communication and interpersonal skills, and being eager to learn new processes while being agile to changes are key attributes we are looking for.
