Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Opex & Capex procurement cycle.
Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
Monitor and determine inventory levels and purchase needs
Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
Manage supplier relationships, including resolving performance issues and conducting regular evaluations.
Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors.
Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
Schedule and verify purchase deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities align with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of managing AMCs/ ARCs/ MROs
Only looking for Pharma API background candidates only.
Hands-on experience in managing Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects.
