We're Hiring: Senior Process Trainer
Location: Rohini Sec-10, Delhi
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month
Interview : Walkin

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TMA)
• Deliver Soft Skills and Process Training sessions
• Organize Refresher Trainings to enhance team performance
• Maintain detailed training reports and collect feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage, coach, and motivate team members
