Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict outcomes and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
Analyze process data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during process design and implementation.
Lead process engineering projects from conception through execution.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
15-20 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
Proficiency in statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
