Job ID: 40412 | Location: Airoli, Maharashtra, India

To ensure timely and accurate cash application, resolve Accounts Receivable disputes, and support order processing by coordinating with internal teams and global customers.

Responsibilities

Manage AR (Accounts Receivable) disputes and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with global customers, including Finance and Purchasing teams.
Perform cash application and drive resolution of overdue accounts.
Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments, short payments, and deductions.
Reconcile customer accounts regularly and support month-end close activities.
Collaborate internally on dispute resolution and update SAP with reason codes.
Monitor and manage sales orders—releasing or placing holds as needed.
