As a Senior Private Banker at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role involves nurturing and managing end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the bank. You will be responsible for providing a seamless banking experience from both a product and interpersonal perspective, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. Your primary focus will be on acquiring customers through various channels like natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources, existing branch, and digital networks. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture and manage customer relationships effectively - Provide seamless banking experience - Achieve high customer satisfaction scores - Acquire customers through different channels - Ensure regulatory compliance - Focus on service delivery - Drive results through execution - Develop and lead your team - Ensure adequate staffing for the team - Help team members achieve their targets Key Qualifications: - Prior experience in private banking or wealth management - Strong relationship management skills - Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset - Leadership and team management capabilities - Knowledge of wealth management products and services In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you are expected to manage a Total Relationship Value (TRV) of 100 to 150 Crs and an Assets Under Management (AUM) of 70 to 100 Crs.,
