Job Title: Client Relationship Manager – VRM / Tele Vertical Company: Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) Location: Kaloor- Cochin Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹37,000 per month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives Job Summary: The Client Relationship Manager (VRM / Tele Vertical) will be responsible for converting leads shared by the Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) tele-calling team into successful life insurance sales. The role requires close coordination with the HDFC Bank in-house VRM team to promote Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) products to the bank’s customers. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with bank stakeholders, ensure smooth conversion of leads, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of ABSLI. Key Responsibilities: Attend and follow up on leads shared by the HDFC Bank VRM tele-calling team. Explain Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance products to customers and recommend suitable plans. Collaborate closely with the HDFC Bank VRM / Sales team to generate and convert leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Head and team members of the assigned business unit. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide necessary post-sale support. Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
