In this role, you will be responsible for balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and their respective backlogs. Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities!. Leading and facilitating Agile/Scrum processes for one or more development teams.. Managing project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and priorities.. Monitoring project progress and managing risks and issues proactively.. Lead and mentor the delivery team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.. Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and adhering to project requirements.. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.. Effectively allocate resources, including manpower and tools, to optimize project delivery timelines and resource utilization.. Continuously review and enhance delivery processes to achieve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity.. Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery, devise mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize impact on project success.. Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and leadership teams, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivery team and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets.. Collaborate with finance teams to monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve financial objectives.. Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance with relevant regulations in all project deliverables.

Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/M TechPreferred qualifications

. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
. Proficiency in using project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.. Solid understanding of project management principles, including scope, budget, and resource management.. Proven experience as a Delivery Leader or in a similar leadership role, with a successful track record in managing large-scale projects and delivery teams.. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve common goals and objectives.. Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to overcome challenges.. Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to ensure efficient project delivery.. Knowledge of the specific industry domain (if applicable) and market trends would be an advantage.
