Job Description

Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Solutioning

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, data maturity, and technical environments
  • Design integrated solutions spanning data platforms, AI/ML applications, and cloudinfrastructure
  • Develop and present solution architectures, approach documents, and detailed proposals
  • Build customer confidence through clear articulation of technology options, trade-offs, and implementation pathways


Pre-Sales & Proposal Leadership

  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Create reusable solution assets, pitch decks, and cost models across Data, AI, and Cloud domains
  • Work with delivery leads to estimate effort, define scope, and validate feasibility before submission
  • Support pipeline opportunities through technical validation and customer presentations.

Delivery Oversight

  • Provide solution handover and early-phase support to ensure delivery alignment withproposed architecture
  • Participate in design reviews, quality assurance, and governance during project initiation
  • Capture learnings from implementations to refine pre-sales templates and improve future proposals

Required Skills and ExperienceCore Expertise

  • Strong experience designing and delivering data engineering, analytics, and AI/MLsolutions
  • Proficiency in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Deep understanding of data modernization, migration, lakehouse architectures, modeldeployment, and MLOps
  • Familiarity with enterprise solutioning, cost optimization, and security design principles.

Pre-Sales Competencies

  • Proven experience leading solution proposals and client presentations
  • Ability to create architecture diagrams, solution documents, and delivery models
  • Strong storytelling and consulting ability to connect technology with business outcomes.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with consulting firms, global system integrators, or productengineering organizations
  • Exposure to GenAI or AI-driven data solutions is an advantage
  • Certifications in cloud platforms or data/AI technologies preferred.
