Senior Power Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize

  Dynamics 365

  and

  Power Apps

  (canvas and model-driven apps).
• Build complex business process automations using

  Power Automate

  .
• Develop and customize impactful

  Power BI dashboards and reports

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft and third-party systems (e.g., via

  REST/SOAP APIs

  ).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Prepare test data and perform unit, integration, and production testing.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum/Kanban).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers, including conducting presentations and leading conference calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 78 years of experience with

  Microsoft D365

  ,

  Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  .
• Proficient in

  Azure integration

  ,

  SQL Server

  , and relational databases.
• Strong experience with

  SSIS Packages

  and

  KingswaySoft

  .
• Experience using

  Data Loader tools

  ,

  TeamCity

  , and

  GitHub

  .
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with leadership capabilities and ability to mentor team members.
• Microsoft Certifications such as

  PL-200

  and

  PL-400

  are a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  SharePoint Online
