Job Description

As an experienced dashboard developer with skills in data engineering, you will be joining the Sales Transformation team to lead the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI and data pipelines from legacy tooling to strategic cloud-based platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the migration of Tableau to Power BI, optimizing performance, usability, and implementing visualization best practices - Developing and optimizing Power BI data models, balancing transformations between DAX, Power Query, and upstream data pipelines - Identifying feature gaps between Tableau and Power BI, proposing practical workarounds, and implementing enhancements to meet business needs - Managing Power BI Service, including report publishing, scheduling, and security for seamless delivery and accessibility - Converting ETL processes from Alteryx to strategic cloud-based alternatives like PySpark + Airflow or DataBricks - Applying digital principles to ensure the quality, security, and reliability of Power BI solutions What We're Looking For: - Proven experience with Power BI development and a solid foundation in Tableau - Experience migrating Tableau to Power BI is a bonus - Ability to design elegant dashboards meeting standards for accuracy, visual design, and performance - Extensive experience developing data pipelines for dashboarding using Python and SQL - Ability to work directly with stakeholders to solve real-world issues - Commitment to delivering high-quality software products and services Skills: Must have: - Tableau - Power BI & DAX - Data Visualization + Analytics - Alteryx - Python / PySpark / SQL - Airflow / Databricks - Experience with Managing reports, datasets, and workspaces in Power BI Service - Experience with data catalogues & data lakes - Version control experience Nice to have: - Financial knowledge Please note that the job is based in Pune, India.,
