Senior Power BI Developer

This role is ideal for professionals looking to contribute in the evenings while working on challenging data visualization and business intelligence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations

  .
• Create and optimize

  data models, measures, and calculations using DAX

  .
• Integrate multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Cloud) into unified reporting solutions.
  
• Implement

  row-level security (RLS), performance tuning

  , and best practices for efficient BI solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards.
  
• Support

  ETL workflows

  , data validation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI solutions for better performance.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts when needed.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience

  as a Power BI Developer or BI Specialist.
• Strong expertise in:
  
• Power BI (Desktop & Service)
  

• DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling

• SQL (intermediate to advanced level)
  
• Experience with

  ETL tools and processes

  .
• Knowledge of

  Azure Data Services / Power Platform

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a

  part-time evening shift (8 PM 12 AM IST)
