Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Work independently on complete Power BI project delivery: requirement gathering, development, deployment, and support.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Implement optimized data models (Star/Snowflake schema) and create advanced DAX measures.
Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.
Develop robust SQL queries to extract and prepare data from various data sources.
Manage Power BI Service administration including:
Workspace & dataset management
Gateway configuration
Data refresh scheduling
Permissions & row-level security (RLS)
Collaborate with business teams to understand KPIs and translate them into BI solutions.
Handle basic ETL operations and integrate multiple data sources.
Optimize report performance, visuals, and user experience.
Provide documentation, training, and support to clients/users.
Proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, functions, stored procedures).
Experience connecting Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud sources, APIs, etc.).
Microsoft Fabrics is Mandatory for full stack BI implementation
(Optional) Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, or Python for extended analytical or automation requirements.
