Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
Translate business requirements into clear functional andtechnical specifications.
Collaborate with business analysts, end users, and technical teamsacross onsite/offshore models.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePointOnline , MicrosoftTeams , Dataverse , SQL , and external APIs or systems.
Provide guidance on PowerPlatform governance , ALM ,and environment management .
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; continuously optimizesolution performance and user experience.
Mentor junior consultants and perform quality reviews ofdeliverables for compliance and architectural best practices.
Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, sprint planning,and progress reporting.

Basic Requirements
3+ years ofexperience in Microsoft technologies, including 3+years in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong expertise in Canvas Apps , Model-Driven Apps , and PowerAutomate Flows (including Desktop RPA).
Hands-on experience with Dataverse , SharePoint Online , SQLServer , and integrating REST APIs.
Proficient in solution packaging and ALMpractices using Azure DevOps or GitHub .
Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365ecosystem , especially Teams and OneDrive .
Ability to document, communicate, and present technical solutionseffectively to stakeholders.
Experience working in global delivery models with onsite-offshorecollaboration.
