Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple EPC and high-rise building projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP), ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project stages.
• Prepare and update project dashboards, progress reports, and KPI trackers for senior management and client review.
• Coordinate closely with planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless data flow and timely project updates.
• Identify schedule variances, analyse root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement best industry practices and continuously improve planning and reporting processes.
• Support in budget preparation, cost forecasting, and JCR (Job Cost Reporting) to maintain cost control and financial discipline.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate project delays, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, delays, risks, and approved change orders.
• Participate actively in project review and management meetings to present insights and drive data-backed decisions.
