Job Description

Customer Support

Read validate prescriptions (Rx) + OTC orders Contact customers for clarification orinformation required to process the order - Situational requirements

Inventory Management Order Processing management

Responsible for physically performing orderpicking, quality checks, and packing handover to the riders
Responsible for COD cash management
Ensure all orders are processed within thedefined cut-off TAT (Turnaround Time)
Responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis(RCA) for orders that breaches Push back orders the defined TAT.
Responsible for physically performingstock receiving and put away processes
Conduct daily stock audits and ensureaccountability for inventory shrinkage
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levelsin the store
Follow up and ensure timely closure of dailypullout and purchase returns
Ensure timely availability of manpower at thestore as per the assigned shifts
End to end responsibility for the storemanagement customers fulfillments
Store Management: Oversee daily operations,inventory, and staff
Customer Fulfillment: Ensure customersatisfaction through timely order fulfillment, issue resolution, and excellentservice.

Compliance

Ensure strong quality checks while packing/ dispensing medicines
Ensure 100% compliance per the process guidelines

What we are looking for

3 + years of relevant experience (pharmacist).
Diploma or Bachelor (D. Pharma or B. Pharma).
License for that state. Endorsement is mandatory
Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and onweekends.
Experience of Team Management and InventoryManagement
Proficient in English communication
Skilled in using MS Office and other system tools
