Job Description

As a Senior People Partner at Tide, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance to senior leaders in the Product and Engineering division. Your responsibilities will include shaping organizational design, workforce planning, performance, and engagement strategies to promote growth and scalability. You will also mentor and coach a team of People Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will navigate complex people challenges with empathy and sound judgement, ensuring compliance with local labor laws across various regions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping organizational design and engagement strategies - Mentor and coach a team of People Partners to empower effective partnership with leaders and teams - Navigate complex people challenges with empathy and sound judgement - Use people data to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making - Strengthen engagement, retention, and development through talent strategies and performance enablement - Advise on organizational design and succession planning to meet current and future business needs - Drive change by equipping leaders with effective tools and promoting Tides values and culture - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the employee experience Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, including working with senior leadership - Experience in technology or product-led organizations - Mentoring and coaching experience - Understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, especially in India and Europe - Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes - Excellent judgement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication, coaching, and influencing skills with senior leaders - Proven ability to lead change and foster high engagement and performance - Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams At Tide, we offer competitive compensation, generous time off, parental leave, sabbatical options, health insurance, life & accident cover, mental wellbeing support, volunteering days, learning & development opportunities, work outside the office program, home office setup assistance, laptop ownership benefits, and office perks like snacks and meals.
