Senior People Operations Analyst (Fixed-term Contract)

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Senior People Operations Analyst (Fixed-term Contract) in the Global People Operations Team at Guidewire, where you will play a key role in supporting APAC regions like India, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and exceptional employee experience by providing support across multiple countries and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a customer advocate for the People Operations Team, promoting products and services positively and delivering exceptional support. - Lead New Hire Orientation for India and APAC, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and seamless onboarding experience aligning with global standards. - Collaborate with CoEs, Business Partners, and Tier 1 People Operations to deliver outstanding employee experience. - Review and update People Team processes in response to policy changes and updates to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. - Identify trends in employee queries, propose solutions to simplify user journeys, and contribute to developing and maintaining the employee knowledge base. - Contribute to Global and regional projects focused on process automation, optimization, compliance, and employee experience. - Work in a hybrid environment, managing collaboration across multiple time zones. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant People Operations and/or HR Shared Services experience in an international organization. SaaS company experience is preferred. - Hands-on experience with Workday and case management tools. - Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. - Self-starter mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
