Senior Payroll Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring for a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for managing complete payroll activities. The role requires handling salary processing, compliance-related tasks, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll activities including attendance, leave updates, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.

• Handle compliance processes such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.

• Process updates related to new joiners, exits, revisions, and variable payouts.

• Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, bank files, and MIS.

• Maintain accuracy and secure handling of payroll information.

• Coordinate with the Finance team for payout and month-end activities.

• Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.

• Assist during annual payroll activities and documentation.

• Keep track of changes in payroll-related guidelines.

Key Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in payroll.

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience in payroll software and MS Excel.

• Good attention to detail and time management.

• Good communication skills and professional approach.

• Experience supporting payroll verification activities is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/HR or a related field.

• Any additional certification in payroll or compliance is an advantage.
