Senior Payroll Manager (UK RTI & Auto-Enrolment) Key Responsibilities: ● Manage payroll processing for UK clients with high accuracy and confidentiality. ● Ensure compliance with RTI, pension auto-enrolment, and statutory filings. ● Review payroll summaries, handle HMRC reconciliations, and oversee P11Ds/P60s. ● Supervise junior team members and resolve payroll discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Minimum 7 years’ UK payroll experience with managerial exposure. ● Expertise in BrightPay, Moneysoft, or similar software. ● Thorough knowledge of PAYE, NICs, holiday pay, and employment benefits. ● Excellent English skills and familiarity with client correspondence formats.
