Senior Payroll Associate - Human Capital

As a Senior Associate Human Capital at Illumine-i, you will be responsible for the following key activities: Role Overview: You will handle the Annual Compensation Revision process based on performance reviews and prepare the data showing the cost impact. Key Responsibilities: - Administer the HRIS (Keka) to ensure accurate and updated employee records. - Track HR tickets on Keka and close them within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Build monthly and quarterly Business Review dashboards to provide leadership insights. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration. - Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labor Laws. - Advanced MS Excel skills with a focus on numerical analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Keka, and MS Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in designing communication materials and visual content like flyers and posters. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective internal and external HR communication. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
