Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Technical Developer

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical Developer for Oracle EPM Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced technical solutions that support enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, and financial consolidation processes. You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and finance stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance EPM applications tailored to complex business needs. Key responsibilities include: • Design, develop, and maintain Groovy scripts, business rules, and calculation logic to support dynamic planning and forecasting models. • Build and manage automated data integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud and external systems, including Oracle Fusion Financials, using: • EPM Automate • Data Management (DM) • REST APIs • Develop and optimize data load processes, metadata management, and transformation logic to ensure data accuracy and performance. • Support technical design, development, and deployment of EPM artifacts such as forms, dashboards, reports, and custom calculations. • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for technical issues across EPM environments. • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, integration mappings, and deployment guides in English. • Participate in code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and technical governance. • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: • 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations in a senior or lead developer role. • Strong proficiency in: • Groovy scripting for EPM • EPM Automate and REST APIs • Data Management (DM) and file-based integrations • Smart View and Excel-based automation • Deep understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation modules. • Experience with performance optimization, error handling, and automation of planning processes. • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and collaborate with global teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the sports, media, or entertainment industries, particularly with financial planning for football clubs or event-based revenue models. • Familiarity with Oracle FCCS, EPBCS modules (Workforce, CapEx, Financials), and custom cube development. • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s) is a plus. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials data structures and integration best practices.
