Key Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. - 2-6 years of proven experience in sales and operations management. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the Travel & Tourism field. - Knowledge of process optimization, project management, and sales strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
