Senior Operation executive - Visa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries (e.g., Schengen, USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa application centers (e.g., VFS, BLS, TLS), and travel partners to facilitate timely processing.
• Check and verify all documentation received from clients based on destination-specific requirements.
• Schedule appointments, fill visa forms, and guide clients on interview processes or biometric procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific visa rules, timelines, fees, and documentation protocols.
• Track visa applications and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Handle urgent/emergency visa cases and escalations with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain records, checklists, and reports for all visa submissions and outcomes.
• Train and supervise junior team members or support staff in visa processing tasks.
• Ensure full compliance with immigration laws and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in international visa processing (individual and group).
• Strong knowledge of embassy procedures, appointment systems, and visa centers like VFS, BLS, TLS, etc.
