Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing as per requirement for Raw Materials, process, and Finished Products.
Ability to drive Laboratory Management system, Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System for factory operation.
Proficiency in documentation and capability building of teams.
Carry out Internal audit as per NABL / ISO 17025, QMS / ISO 9001, and FSMS / FSSC 22000 requirements.
Ability to handle external assessment for NABL ISO 17025 and FSMS FSSC 22000
Monitor the Process performance and prepare monthly reports.
Conduct calibration process for laboratory equipments.
Ability to identify the gaps in the process and focus on improvement with a systematic root cause analysis process.
Understanding of FSSA requirements on Product standards

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of the Analytical testing process
Knowledge of Handling Spectroscopy and Chromatography analysis
Knowledge of the GMP&GHP process
Knowledge of Problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, FMEA etc.
