Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating all technical activities related to thermal projects from conception to completion.
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and address technical issues promptly.
Supervising and mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth and project success.
Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in project review meetings and providing technical insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
