Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other operational staff
Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to align branch activities with the overall business objectives
Analyze branch data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branch

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficient in financial analysis and data-driven decision making
Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
