Overview We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office. Duties Manage human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Develop and implement training programs for staff development Operate phone systems, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette Knowledge of clerical procedures and file management Experience in vendor management is a plus Familiarity with training development processes If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining office efficiency, we invite you to apply for this rewarding Office Administrator position.
