that integrate across business units and technologies. Solution Design & Road mapping - Creating scalable, secure, and adaptable architectures aligned with business goals. Driving towards innovation. Business Acumen - Understanding organizational strategy, KPIs, and how technology investments deliver measurable value. Core O365 Services - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform. Security & Compliance - Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, eDiscovery. Integration Skills - Connecting O365 with on-premises systems, third-party SaaS, and hybrid environments. Risk Assessment - Identifying and mitigating security, operational, and adoption risks. Lifecycle Management - Policies for provisioning, retention, and decommissioning of services. Stakeholder Management - With excellent communication skills translating technical complexity into business language for executives and end users. Continuous Improvement - Monitoring usage patterns and evolving the architecture accordingly.
