Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Nurse role at Artha Senior Care located in Gurugram. The Senior Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to senior residents, assessing their health needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and overseeing nursing staff. Qualifications Patient Assessment, Care Planning, and Medication Administration skills Experience in overseeing nursing staff and managing patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion towards elderly residents Expertise in geriatric care and knowledge of common senior health issues Ability to work effectively in a team environment Active nursing license and relevant certifications Minimum 2years experience working in a NABH/JCI Hospital in Delhi NCR Show more Show less
