Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Node.js-based microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs

  .
• Build robust, scalable, and secure backend systems for fintech and blockchain applications.
• Integrate with

  payment gateways, banking systems, wallets, and blockchain networks

  .
• Implement smart interactions using

  Web3.js / ethers.js

  and blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.).
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop reusable libraries, tools, and frameworks for internal use.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in backend development with

  Node.js

  (Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Solid experience building and maintaining

  microservices

  and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in

  fintech

  , including: Payment systems, Wallet services,Transaction processing.
• Experience integrating with

  blockchain networks

  , smart contracts, or Web3 tooling.
• Strong understanding of databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Cloud expertise (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code.
