Tech Essentia is a fast-growing technology company specializing in full-stack development, scalable applications, and digital solutions. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer who is ready to take on challenging projects and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Node.js
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL for database design and optimization
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver complete solutions
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming
• Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL – including schema design and performance tuning
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms is a plus
• Ability to lead discussions with clients and translate requirements into deliverables
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
