Senior Node js Developer

As a Senior Node.js Developer at Tech Essentia, you will be responsible for: - Developing and maintaining high-quality backend services using Node.js - Working with MongoDB and MySQL for database design and optimization - Participating in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights - Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to deliver complete solutions - Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance - Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming - Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs - Experience with MongoDB and MySQL, including schema design and performance tuning - Knowledge of version control systems (Git) - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms is a plus - Ability to lead discussions with clients and translate requirements into deliverables - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Fluency in English (spoken and written) Tech Essentia is a fast-growing technology company focusing on full-stack development, scalable applications, and digital solutions.
