Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Manage job requisitions by collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Drive sourcing strategies using
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networks
. - Monitor and improve key metrics such as
time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
. - Ensure seamless candidate experience with efficient
scheduling, feedback, and communication
. - Conduct
market intelligence research
on salaries, hiring trends, and competitor strategies. - Partner with HR operations for smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure compliance with
labor laws, DEI policies, and internal recruitment guidelines
. - Apply strong knowledge of
Indian job portals and sourcing platforms
for targeted hiring.
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute a
comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
aligned with business goals. - Partner with leadership and business heads on
workforce planning and succession strategies
. - Drive
employer branding
to position the company as an employer of choice. - Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods, including
AI-driven recruitment tools
(future adoption).
Recruitment Process Optimization
- Standardize recruitment processes for
efficiency, compliance, and fairness
. - Implement best practices in
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
. - Use
HR analytics
to track effectiveness, diversity, and pipeline quality. - Encourage adoption of
AI-driven recruitment tools
tailored to the Indian market.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with
business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers
to ensure recruitment excellence. - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a
high-performance culture
. - Build relationships with
external agencies, consultants, and recruitment partners
. - Partner with
local institutions and universities
to build diverse talent pipelines.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a
team of recruiters and coordinators
. - Set performance objectives and track KPIs for individual and team success.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for recruiters.

. - Manage team workload and resource allocation effectively.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide regular
hiring reports, dashboards, and insights
to HR leadership and management. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics:

workforce planning and hiring forecasts
to business stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with
reporting requirements, audits, and policies

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. 15–18 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven expertise in
leadership hiring, niche hiring, and high-volume recruitment
