Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

  2. Manage job requisitions by collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  3. Drive sourcing strategies using

    job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networks

  4. Monitor and improve key metrics such as

    time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

  5. Ensure seamless candidate experience with efficient

    scheduling, feedback, and communication

  6. Conduct

    market intelligence research

    on salaries, hiring trends, and competitor strategies.
  7. Partner with HR operations for smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement.
  8. Ensure compliance with

    labor laws, DEI policies, and internal recruitment guidelines

  9. Apply strong knowledge of

    Indian job portals and sourcing platforms

    for targeted hiring.

Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  1. Develop and execute a

    comprehensive talent acquisition strategy

    aligned with business goals.
  2. Partner with leadership and business heads on

    workforce planning and succession strategies

  3. Drive

    employer branding

    to position the company as an employer of choice.
  4. Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods, including

    AI-driven recruitment tools

Recruitment Process Optimization

  1. Standardize recruitment processes for

    efficiency, compliance, and fairness

  2. Implement best practices in

    sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection

    .
  3. Use

    HR analytics

    to track effectiveness, diversity, and pipeline quality.
  4. Encourage adoption of

    AI-driven recruitment tools

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  1. Collaborate with

    business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers

    to ensure recruitment excellence.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a

    high-performance culture

  3. Build relationships with

    external agencies, consultants, and recruitment partners

    .
  4. Partner with

    local institutions and universities

    to build diverse talent pipelines.

Team Management

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a

    team of recruiters and coordinators

  3. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for recruiters.

Reporting & Analytics

    hiring reports, dashboards, and insights

    to HR leadership and management.

  3. Present

    workforce planning and hiring forecasts

    to business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • 15–18 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in

    leadership hiring, niche hiring, and high-volume recruitment

    .

  • Expertise in

    sourcing strategies, employer branding, and talent market insights
