Description
A Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization s network infrastructure. They ensure network security, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex issues. This role requires expertise in networking protocols, hardware, and security best practices. What you'll Do Design and deploy functional networks, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-based networks. Configure and install network hardware (routers, switches, etc). Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with business applications. What you'll bring Core Network Infrastructure skills including Network (Routing, Switching, DNS,Security), Netflow Analytics, Sonic, Cisco IOS, Nexus OS and Arista OS knowledge. Expertise on Vlan,Ether channel,Rstp,Spanning tree protocol. Thorough understanding of Tcp ip,Subnet mask,Lan,Wan Experience of working on Internet Routing protocols such as BGP,OSPF,IGP, IP VPN and EIGRP Indepth knowledge of SNMP,Syslogs,Net flow SD-WAN, L3 VPN and Multicast experience preferred Knowledge on Network, Automation and service management tools like Grafana,GIT,Wireshark,jira, ServiceNow etc, Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, electrical engineering, or related area and 3 years experience in large-scale networking environments or related area.Option 2: 5 years experience in large scale networking environments or related area. Preferred Qualifications... Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related area and 1 year experience in large scale networking environments or related area.
