Senior Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain switching, routing, and network infrastructure.
• Supervise and execute structured cabling projects (both copper and OFC) ensuring standards and quality compliance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP surveillance systems, IP-based Public Address systems, and access control solutions.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for ICT and ELV systems at client sites.
• Conduct network design, testing, and optimization for performance and security.
• Manage service teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and client updates.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Train junior engineers and support staff on systems and processes.
• Ensure all implementations align with industry standards and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience in ICT/ELV service engineering. Strong knowledge of networking (L2/L3 switches, routing protocols, firewalls). Hands-on experience with CCTV, IP PA, structured cabling, and communication systems. Good problem-solving, leadership, and client-handling skills.
