Senior .NET Developer C#, TCP Servers, Azure IoT

Position Overview:

Senior .NET Developer

As a key member of the Fleetly platform development team, youll work on critical modules such as real-time video telematics, live data ingestion, cloud integrations, and device communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using

  C#

  targeting high-throughput and low-latency systems.
• Architect and implement

  TCP/IP Server

  communication modules for real-time data from IoT devices and edge hardware.
• Build and optimize

  multi-threaded

  applications to handle concurrent device data streams reliably and efficiently.
• Integrate with

  Azure IoT Hub

  , Device Twins, Event Hubs, and other Azure services to manage large-scale connected devices.
• Design APIs and services for data ingestion, processing, and transmission in a

  distributed microservices

  architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, cloud architects, and frontend developers.
• Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and help improve coding standards and architecture decisions.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and contribute to the long-term platform roadmap.
• Ensure high quality through test-driven development, diagnostics, logging, and monitoring best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in backend development using

  C# and .NET (Core or Framework)

  .
• Deep understanding and proven implementation experience with

  TCP Servers and Sockets programming

  .
• Strong expertise in

  multi-threading, concurrency

  , and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working with

  Azure Cloud Services

  IoT Hub

• Proven experience in building

  high-performance

  resilient

  server-side applications.
• Knowledge of

• Solid understanding of

  software architecture principles

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience in

• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
