Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution:

    Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Social media management:

    Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and assist in community management.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO):

    Conduct keyword research, perform on-page SEO tasks, and help monitor website performance to improve search engine rankings.
  • Content creation:

    Support the content team by creating and editing content for the company website, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Email marketing:

    Help build and execute email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and assist with performance tracking.
  • Reporting and analysis:

    Track and analyze key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and create regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with other teams, such as content and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Research:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Basic experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications (Bonus points)

  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or Google Analytics.
